The John Comper Hall

The newly refurbished John Comper Hall has reopened, and we are now accepting bookings for short-term and long-term lets.

If you are looking for a location for your event in the centre of Aberdeen at a very reasonable cost, then we have two rooms available for you with excellent facilities.

John Comper Hall

The John Comper Hall is our biggest space and can hold between 100-120 people. Suitable for dance classes, youth groups, sports & social activities and more. There are tables & chairs available (85 chairs in total) for sit down functions and access to the kitchen is also available within the hall (additional charge for this).  Access is via a short downward staircase from the Hall Porch or can also be gained on the level [single step] from the Greyfriars Car Park.

The Jones Suite

The Jones Suite is located on the upper floor of the hall and can hold up to 30 people. Perfect for small functions, classes & meetings. Tables and chairs can be arranged in this room (please request this along with your booking) Access is also available to a small kitchen in the room with tea & coffee making facilities. Access is gained by a short upwards staircase from the Hall porch.
